We met Elite Custom builders by chance in 2020 and it was a blessing. The backstory- I had signed a contract with a company to replace the siding on my bungalow home. After two weeks- workers showing up at 4pm and only working till the sundown- only the back of my house was completed. I was overly frustrated and I called the owners daily, however it wasn’t until I threatened a lawsuit that I got action. I was promised that there would be a new crew showing up on Monday to finish the job. Randy and his crew showed up at 8am and it was a breath of fresh air. After they did their initial assessment, they determined that the back portion that was supposedly “completed” was actually installed upside down and missing corner channeling. They had a complete tear down and needed to start the job over from scratch. After 10 days, the job was 100% done and l couldn’t have been happier. Randy and his crew were there like clockwork at 8am every day, and were diligent often going into the evening. They’re absolute pros and enjoyable to have on site, I trust them to tackle any job I have. They’ve been back to my home many times for jobs like replacing my exterior doors, repairing the interior stairs and insulating the attic.

Thankfully Randy was able to fix the code violation and complete the job that of another contractor. Elite does good quality work. Our next remodeling job is the the kitchen. And for sure we’ll be contacting Randy. I feel confident Randy will give an honest assessment, price and have the job done within a reasonable timeframe.
